A story from the front
In my previous life as a film-maker I was part of the team behind the documentary ‘Armadillo’. The documentary depicts a gripping and highly authentic war drama where Taliban bullets whiz past the cameras and the young soldiers each tries to come to terms with putting their life constantly on the line. Armadillo won the Grand Prix de la Semaine de la Critique at the 2010 Cannes film festival and an Emmy, among numerous other awards.
